Mariette's career includes significant roles at Revolution IT as Delivery Manager and Operations Manager from March 2015 to September 2020, prior to its merger with Shelde and rebranding to Ampion. Mariette began the professional journey with positions as Business Support Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University and studies at Catherine McAuley Westmead from 2003 to 2008.
