Prior roles include Managing Consultant at Capgemini, IT Service Delivery Manager at LEO Pharma, and IT Service Development Manager at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities spanned IT operations management, service delivery, and the establishment of IT shared services. Richard's career also encompasses roles in climate science and conservation, highlighting a comprehensive background in both technical and scientific domains. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Systems Thinking in Practice and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The Open University.
