Ana Gonçalo

Ana Gonçalo is an accomplished operations lead in the OutSystems practice at Devoteam, where responsibilities include team management, resourcing, staffing, and certifications since April 2019. Previously, Ana served as a People and Communities Manager, focusing on business applications development. Ana's early career included a role as an International IT Recruiter at PRIME IT CONSULTING, where the identification and recruitment of IT specialists for projects were primary duties. Prior experience also includes serving as a Premium Class Cabin Crew member for Emirates from November 2013 to July 2018 and participating in cultural planning activities as a member of the Students’ Union at AEISCTE-IUL in 2013. Ana holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
