Bilal Moussa

Bilal Moussa is an experienced professional with a versatile background in digital strategy and transformation consulting. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Director at Devoteam since April 2008, Bilal leads the Digital Strategy and Transformation Consulting Business Unit, overseeing P&L, team and capability building, product development, sales, and operational delivery to ensure value realization for clients. Prior to this role, Bilal held various positions in strategy and consulting at Unique Business Group and gained significant engineering experience as a Senior Telecommunications/VAS Engineer at ACTEL and as an Electrical and Instrumentation Design Engineer at IMCO Engineering & Construction Co. Bilal's career began as an Army Officer in the Lebanese Army. Bilal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
