Charlotte Crochet

Charlotte Crochet is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Talent Officer at Devoteam since January 2021, Charlotte provides key operational support to the HR Manager, focusing on employee development and retention while acting as the central contact for People Coaches and managing critical HR data as the Workday Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Previous roles include People & Talent Officer at Devoteam, HR Officer at Deloitte, and Compensation Benefits Trainee at EY, where Charlotte honed skills in employee onboarding, external contractor management, and HR administration. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université catholique de Louvain and has studied Human Resources Management at the University of Ljubljana, complementing an earlier Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain.
