Chedy Ben Salem

Chedy Ben Salem is a seasoned People Analyst currently employed at Devoteam since February 2022, with prior experience as a People Analytics Specialist at Orange from February 2017 to January 2022. Chedy began a career in human resources as a Graduation Project Intern at MPCPROKIM in early 2016 and later served as a Human Resources Specialist and Country Human Resources Manager at AIESEC, managing diverse teams and overseeing talent acquisition and workforce management. Chedy holds an MSc in Business Intelligence & Knowledge Management from NOVA IMS Information Management School (2023) and two degrees from the Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration, including a Bachelor and a Master's in Human Resources Management.
