Daniel Caldas

Daniel Caldas is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Manager for People Operations at Devoteam since October 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Project Accelerator at SP Business Group from September 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included operational support for consulting projects in marketing, branding, human resources, and organizational strategy, as well as market development, client relations, and digital strategy execution. Daniel's earlier experience includes a trainee position focused on human resources at Grupo Constant, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, HR administration, and employee consultancy. Daniel holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, completed in July 2022.
