Edgaras R.

Edgaras R. is currently the Head of Service Operations at Devoteam, where they manage a large organizational unit and oversee the establishment of a Command and Control Center and Site Reliability Engineering squad. From 2019 to 2022, Edgaras held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager at AmerisourceBergen, where they established an IT Command Center across multiple locations. Prior to that, they served as Regional Storage Operations Manager at Barclays from 2016 to 2019, leading a team and managing operational service ownership. Edgaras began their career as a LAN and Server System Administrator at the NATO Communications and Information Agency from 2011 to 2015. They are also pursuing the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
