Érika Cepeda

Érika Cepeda is an experienced professional currently serving as the Microsoft Alliance Manager at Devoteam since January 2025, overseeing the relationship between the M Cloud area and Microsoft. Concurrently, Érika is a podcaster and co-creator of a videocast with Elena Guzmán, focusing on the intersection of marketing and coding. Prior roles include Head of Culture and Engagement at Prodware, where Érika managed internal communications, events, and organizational culture, and was involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Érika's earlier experience encompasses various administrative and customer service roles across logistics and sales, along with entrepreneurship as the owner of a creative bakery. Érika holds multiple degrees in marketing, advertising, public relations, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Innovation.
