Fadi Hajar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and retail operations. Serving as Director and Lead Consultant at Devoteam since February 2015, Fadi oversees end-to-end project delivery, focusing on timeliness, quality, and SLA compliance. Previously, as Principal Consultant at Devoteam Management Consulting, Fadi excelled in managing projects for the Emirates Identity Authority by developing strategic planning for high-profile initiatives. Fadi's retail expertise was honed through roles as Retail Sales Manager at Mada Communications and wi-tribe Jordan, where Fadi launched new retail businesses and implemented successful sales strategies. Earlier experience includes directing operations at Umniah and leading retail teams at Orange, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Fadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk, earned in 2002.
