Geert Stoffels

Geert Stoffels has extensive experience in functional management and ICT consultancy, currently serving as a Functioneel beheerder overheid at Devoteam since October 2022. Prior to this role, Geert held positions at ROC TOP as Sr. Functioneel beheerder / coordinator, and at Red Dwarf as an Advisor specializing in functional management and Agile development testing. Previous roles also include Programma Manager / Testcoordinator at LOI and Informatie manager ICT at Gemeente Venray. Geert’s project leadership at VolkerRail transformed a struggling project, while leadership skills were demonstrated as an Implementatie manager at UNITED and a consultant at NOS. Geert's career began as Afdelingsleider ICT at WoonFriesland, and experience further includes enhancing collaboration between ICT departments at SITA Nederland. Geert holds a Drs in Psychologie van Arbeid & Organisatie from Radboud University and participated in the Comenius Leergang at the University of Groningen.
