Haneen Batarseh

Haneen Batarseh is a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Devoteam since May 2022, specializing in capability assessment, talent and performance management, and learning and development. Haneen is skilled in facilitating career development workshops, creating customized career plans, succession planning, and providing employee relations guidance. Prior to this role, Haneen worked as a Human Resources Consultant at KPMG Jordan from December 2021 to May 2022, and completed an internship in Human Resources at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) from July 2021 to December 2021. Haneen also gained experience as an Artificial Intelligence Intern at DNA Lifestyle from February 2019 to January 2020 and began a career as a cashier. Haneen holds a degree from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, completed in 2022, and a high school degree in General Secondary Education from Rosary College School-Shemesani.
