José Costa is currently the Head of Service Delivery Management Department for Western Europe at Devoteam, where they oversee the design and implementation of departmental structures and manage service delivery operations. With extensive experience in project management, including roles as a Project Director and Service Delivery Manager, they have successfully coordinated large-scale international IT projects across various sectors. José began their career as a Network Engineer at Allied Telesis and held significant positions at STIME, enhancing their expertise in technical operations and team management. They hold degrees in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, and Electronics from multiple French universities.
