Lama Ghoul

Lama Ghoul, CCXP, is a co-founder of msfts, a customer experience lab established in August 2017 that combines branding, strategy, design, and technology to deliver exceptional work. Lama has also been involved with Devoteam since June 2015, specializing in brand experience consulting and CX transformation by creating brand strategies and optimizing customer touchpoints through innovative design thinking. Prior experience includes roles at Time Center as a Brand Executive, managing prestigious luxury watch brands, and Ipsos as a Research Executive specializing in consumer research across the MENA region. Educational qualifications include a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, alongside an International Baccalaureate Diploma and an IGCSE/O-Level from Al Mashrek Int'l School and Amman Academy, respectively.
