Luciano Lemma is an experienced project manager with a strong background in consulting and team leadership. Currently serving at Devoteam since July 2019, Luciano has previously held roles as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader at Altran and as a Project Manager at TRANSFLEX. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A., Intesa Sanpaolo, and UniCredit, where responsibilities ranged from managing AVID INews infrastructure to standardizing processes and overseeing disaster recovery operations.
