Lynda Yahi is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with extensive experience in IT service management. They worked as a Consultante ITSM at Capgemini from 2013 to 2025, after serving as a Consultant ITSM at Artesys-Groupe Capgemini from 2012 to 2013. Lynda began their career as a researcher at CERIST from 2002 to 2007. Currently, they are an Architecte solutions at Devoteam and are pursuing a degree in Ingénieur at Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène'. Lynda also holds a Magistère in Informatique from Ecole nationale Superieure d'Informatique (ESI), completed in 2006.
