Mathieu Burton is currently the ServiceNow Practice Lead at Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consultancy specializing in cloud platforms, cyber, data, and AI. Prior to this role, Mathieu served as a ServiceNow Lead at Eraneos and worked as a Business Consultant for Quint Technology. Mathieu has also held positions as a Process Specialist and Major Incident Manager, focusing on the continuous improvement of service management tools and processes.
