Nicolas Porcher

Nicolas Porcher is a senior consultant specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and processes on the ServiceNow platform at Devoteam, where they have worked since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the head of the N Tech Platform team at Devoteam N Platform from 2020 to 2022. Previously, Nicolas gained extensive experience at Capgemini, where they were responsible for technological monitoring and served as a senior ITSM consultant. Their career began in IT management at Diva Microsystemes and continued for over a decade at NAVILINE as an ITSM consultant and project manager. Nicolas holds a BTS in Industrial Computing from UTEC CCI de Meaux, earned between 1997 and 1998.
