Pavel Rogovic currently serves as a Product Owner for Managed Cloud Economics at Devoteam, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Pavel held the title of Global Head of 2nd Line Support Operations at HCL Technologies from April 2019 to May 2023, overseeing IT support for Barclays bank's extensive workstation estate. Prior to that role, Pavel was the Global Head of Customer Support Second-line Support at Barclays Group Operations Lithuania, responsible for similar support functions. Pavel holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from ISM University of Management and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Philology from Vilnius University.
