Reda ALAMI TALBI is an Agile Coach and facilitator with extensive experience in Scrum Master and program management roles. Currently working at Devoteam, Reda focuses on improving team performance through Agile transformations and insightful facilitation. Previously, Reda held positions at companies such as CGI, Orange Business Services, and Société Générale Maroc, where they managed teams and projects while implementing Agile frameworks. They hold multiple certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and Scrum Master- Agile Project Management, and are currently pursuing further education in Agility at the Enterprise Level. Reda has a background in engineering, having earned a degree in Management Information Systems from ESIEA.
