Roberta Pozzoli

Roberta Pozzoli serves as the Head of HR - HR Director for Germany at Devoteam since January 2024. Prior to this role, Roberta held various positions at Reply from May 2013 to December 2023, including Partners HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist, focusing on HR activities related to top management and reporting directly to the Board. Roberta's experience also includes serving as HR Manager at Polimeri Europa, Eni, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, HR reporting, and organizational development. Additional HR roles were held at Eni Deutschland as an HR Generalist and at the European Patent Office in a temporary capacity.
