Roman Mathieu

Roman Mathieu serves as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant at Devoteam since May 2021, focusing on the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM in both the transportation and telecommunications sectors. Responsibilities include developing Request Management Applications and enhancing the Service Portal, Knowledge Base, and Agent Workspace. In addition, Roman co-founded MYBeers/B'Joy in December 2020 and previously held a role as a Junior ServiceNow Consultant at ASP. Roman holds multiple certifications in ServiceNow, including Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, and has completed relevant coursework through Now Learning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in business engineering with a focus on data science and service marketing from Université de Namur and Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in management economics from Université de Namur.
