Roy Foppele

Roy Foppele is an experienced consultant and business analyst with a strong background in process improvement and application management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Devoteam since June 2019, Roy has held multiple roles across various organizations, including Business Analyst positions at Gemeente Leiden and Nederlandse Voedsel en Warenautoriteit (NVWA), where responsibilities included gathering stakeholder requirements and leading application development. Previous experience includes managing the 'GGD Contact' application at GGD Rotterdam-Rijnmond and overseeing Digipoort at Logius as a Senior Functional Application Manager/Product Owner. Roy holds a Master of Science in Energy Science and a Bachelor of Science in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University, along with foundational education from Gymnasium Juvenaat.
