Sussie Bjerg Andersen

Sussie Bjerg Andersen is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Business Partner at Devoteam since September 2022, where the focus is on leading the Talent Acquisition function in Denmark. Sussie's experience includes a significant role as Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager at Columbus A/S, where recruitment efforts were led for a workforce of 300 in Denmark and 2000 globally, and accomplishments include establishing the recruitment department in Denmark. Sussie has also held various positions at the Presidents Institute, managing HR and recruitment across multiple countries, and began a career in sales at Skoringen. Sussie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University.
