Jacquelyn Singleton

Jacquelyn Singleton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in Medicare telesales and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Head of National Telesales at Devoted Health, Jacquelyn leads the Medicare Telesales strategy and execution across multiple US markets. Previously, at Florida Blue, Jacquelyn held several leadership positions, including Senior Director of Care Partner Management, where oversight was provided for programs benefiting 5 million members. Jacquelyn achieved significant business growth, reaching 130% of the 2019 SEP sales goal and attaining record AEP sales in 2020. A strong background includes managing large teams and overseeing multimillion-dollar sales operations, reinforced by an education in Communications from the University of Tampa and multiple executive programs at Kellogg.
