Shawni Danner, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they began their career as an English Teacher at Hwasan Elementary School, where they taught for almost three years. Shawni then transitioned to the healthcare field, working as a Surgical Coordinator at Dr. David A. Ewing-Chow, MD, PLLC from 2014 to 2015. In this role, Shawni facilitated all aspects of surgical scheduling, created necessary paperwork for surgical patients, and scheduled appointments.

In 2015, Shawni joined Infinite Red, Inc. and held positions as an Administrative Coordinator from 2015 to 2017, and an Internal Project Manager from 2017 to 2020. At Infinite Red, they developed organizational and project management skills while coordinating administrative tasks and managing internal projects.

In 2019, Shawni took on a volunteer role as the Director of Events at YPNSD, where they contributed to event planning and coordination until 2022.

More recently, in 2021, Shawni worked as a Project Manager at Spring, where they demonstrated their ability to effectively manage projects.

Currently, Shawni is working as a Project Manager at Devpost, beginning in December 2021. With their previous experience in project management and a PMP certification, they bring a skillset that is valuable in overseeing and successfully delivering projects.

Shawni Danner, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In 2009, they also briefly attended the Universitat d'Alacant to study Spanish. In addition to their formal education, Shawni has obtained several certifications, including B2B Foundations: Social Media Marketing, Ecommerce Fundamentals, Learning Salesforce, and Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP), all from LinkedIn. Shawni earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
