Chris Naco

Chris Naco is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and financial analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Product Lead for PLG + Growth at DevRev since February 2024, Chris focuses on enhancing user journeys and onboarding processes. As Co-Founder and Head of Product at UserLove/Akkompany from July 2019 to January 2024, Chris developed the product vision based on thorough market research and user interviews, achieving significant improvements in customer support metrics. Prior roles include product and financial manager at ARPU Research Labs, associate and senior analyst at Macquarie Group, investment banking analyst at InCap Group, and vice president of the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. Chris holds a degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where early research work included developing advanced spectroscopic instruments.
