Harshit Joshi

Harshit Joshi is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at DevRev since October 2025, Harshit focuses on search and personalization. Previously, at Glance from October 2021 to September 2025, Harshit led the design of large-scale personalized recommendation systems for over 500 million users, specializing in scalability, real-time inference, and revenue optimization. Harshit possesses deep expertise in recommender systems and machine learning platform engineering, having architected state-of-the-art systems using various advanced algorithms. At Walmart Global Tech, Harshit contributed to the Multi-Channel Sourcing Engine, enhancing backend performance and developing scalable, resilient APIs. Harshit started as a Software Development Intern, contributing to the Location Management System project. Harshit holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology and Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, completed in 2018.
