Kapil Garg

Kapil Garg has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they co-founded StudApps and developed Pappu - an SMS application - and Antaragni FBTags. In 2012, they interned as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft India, where they refactored an internal tool used by ranking and relevance teams in Bing. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer, then moved to qplum where they held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Full Stack Engineer. In 2019, they joined Uber as an SDE II, and in 2021 they began working at DevRev as a Software Engineer, focusing on complex problems in distributed backend systems and machine learning.

Kapil Garg attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Sarala Birla Academy, Bangalore from 2005 to 2007.
