Tom Shurrock currently leads product initiatives at DevRev since October 2025, following a robust tenure at Beamery from January 2022 to October 2025, where roles included Vice President of Product and Senior Product Director, contributing to innovative Talent Lifecycle Management solutions. Prior experience at Tesco involved spearheading the strategic vision for pricing capabilities, including the implementation of machine learning for price prediction. Tom's career also includes leadership positions at Iglu.com as Head of Product, as well as various roles in product management and project management across companies such as OpenTable and Hostelworld Group. Educational credentials include a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Digital Media Technology from Nottingham Trent University.
