Yadhu Krishnan

Yadhu Krishnan currently serves as a Member of the Customer Experience Staff at DevRev since February 2024. Prior to this role, Yadhu held the position of Head Customer Success and Support at UserExperior Technologies Pvt Ltd from June 2020 to February 2024, where Yadhu led initiatives to reduce customer churn and enhance satisfaction scores across enterprise accounts. Yadhu also worked as a Product Evangelist at UserExperior, specializing in qualitative analytics for digital businesses. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Consultant at Fyle and OYO, where Yadhu focused on improving expense management and generating corporate hotel demand, respectively. Yadhu began professional training as a Market Research Analyst at Wimera during a two-month internship. Yadhu holds an MBA in Marketing from Amity University, earned between 2017 and 2019.
