Rutger Helbing

Rutger Helbing is the current Chief Executive Officer at Devro. Prior to this, they served as the Group Finance Director at Devro from April 2016 to March 2018. Devro is a world leader in supplying collagen casings for food, used by customers in the production of a wide variety of sausages and other meat products.

Helbing previously served as the CFO at Element Six from April 2013 to March 2016. Element Six is a synthetic diamond supermaterials company and a member of the De Beers Group of Companies.

Prior to that, Helbing was the Finance Director for ICI Paints UK and Ireland from March 2007 to June 2010.

Rutger Helbing pursued an RC degree in Controllers at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and later a Drs in Business at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
