Joana Barbosa

Joana Barbosa worked at DevScope from September 2013 to October 2021, starting as a Business Intelligence & Web Developer and progressing to BI Developer and Lead BI Engineer. Joana was recently promoted to Head of BI & Analytics Team. Joana's responsibilities involved developing Business Intelligence solutions using .NET and SQL Server, as well as web development using HTML5, JavaScript, KnockoutJS, and AngularJS. Before joining DevScope, Joana worked as a Researcher for 3Decide from February 2013 to June 2013 while completing their Master's thesis.

Joana Barbosa completed their high school education at the Escola Secundária Alexandre Herculano from 2005 to 2008. Joana then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their academic degrees, Joana also earned two certifications: MCSA: BI Reporting from Microsoft in April 2018, and 070-480 Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft in January 2014.
