Stéphanie Dermagne is currently the People&Culture Director at DevScope, where they lead initiatives focused on enhancing workplace culture. With a strong background in psychology, Stéphanie has previously worked as a psychóloga on social support projects and as a formadora, providing training in leadership and communication. They held various roles in talent acquisition and people management at ITSector and Grupo RF, where they developed and implemented strategies for talent attraction and development. Stéphanie is pursuing advanced studies in psychology and project management while holding certifications in coaching and happiness management.
