Taras Baca

Taras Baca is a seasoned professional in the technology and HR sectors with extensive experience as a co-founder and partner. Currently serving as a Partner at Devshore Partners since January 2023, Taras also co-founded Aston ITM in February 1999 and XperienceHR in January 2012, where responsibilities included defining company vision, introducing innovative ideas, and developing product strategies in alignment with HR trends and digitalisation. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology and E-commerce from North Carolina State University and a Master's degree in Economy with a focus on International Business from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave. Educational credentials also include time at Gymnázium Šrobárova in Košice and Lowell High School in Michigan.
