Arslan Ihsan

Arslan Ihsan has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Arslan started their career as an Android Team Lead at MagZine.nu in 2013 and then moved on to become a Team Lead Project Manager at ÜberGuest Systems, LLC in 2014. Arslan later became the CTO at TBox Solutionz SMC Pvt Ltd in 2014 and also worked as a Product Manager at Brilliant Service Innovation LLC in 2015.

In 2016, Arslan co-founded Devsloop and served as the CEO. Arslan also worked as a Tech Product Manager at UrduRomanDictionary, ITU and as a Research Associate at Information Technology University during the same year. In addition, they worked as an IT Consultant at Balytix in 2016 and as a Co-Owner at TBoPedia from 2015 to 2017.

Arslan's previous roles also include being a Technical Project Manager at Addo from 2017 to 2018, where they handled various responsibilities like team management, project quality assurance, and client satisfaction. Arslan then progressed to become an Associate Vice President at Addo from 2019 to 2021, overseeing project delivery and customer engagement.

Arslan's most recent role at Addo was as a Vice President of Professional Services from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on mitigating delivery risks and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Addo, where their main responsibility is to win, expand, deliver, and sustain professional services globally in the fields of AI, ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Web 3.0.

Arslan Ihsan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Software Engineering from PUCIT in the year 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications such as SAFe Agilist Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, and various cloud infrastructure and platform certifications from Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The certifications were obtained between the years 2018 and 2023.
