Kseniia Baluk is a seasoned marketing strategist currently serving as the Marketing Lead at devspiration, where they focus on building the brand from the ground up in both employer branding and business marketing. Previously, Kseniia gained extensive experience as a Talent Marketing Specialist at SoftServe and as a PR specialist at Lohika, where they managed corporate public relations and employer branding. Their career began as a TV presenter at L'viv Oblast State TV, and they also held roles in various organizations such as GlobalLogic and Plast, where they honed their skills in communications and media relations. Kseniia earned a Master's degree in Journalism from Lviv Ivan Franko National University.
