Sandro Engler Boçon

Sandro Engler Boçon has held a variety of positions in the tech industry since 2004. Sandro began their career in the Brazilian Army as an Army Corporal, where they were promoted in their second year and invited to take a Sergeant Course. In 2008, they became a Computer Analyst at PIERGO, where they were in charge of IT and assisted with the implementation of the Quality System. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Web Developer at MultiBR, where they were responsible for translating owner requests into features, maintaining and updating legacy applications, and coding with PHP, JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap, and HTML. In 2014, they co-founded Aviation.bid, and from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Web Developer at HaeBank. Currently, they are a Technical Product Manager and PHP Fullstack Developer at DevSquad, where they are responsible for features development, back and front-end, automated tests, refactoring legacy code, bug fixes, and DB structure. Sandro also suggests improvements, reviews PRs, and studies the project structure and client requirements.

Sandro Engler Boçon completed a Postgraduate in IT Management from Opet College between 2009 and 2010. Sandro then obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from Santa Cruz Integrated College between 2005 and 2008. Sandro also completed a Technical Course and High School in Data Processing from Bagozzi. Sandro holds certifications in Product Discovery from Tera Treinamentos Profissionais LTDA (obtained in November 2022), Product Management Foundations from Product Institute (obtained in August 2022), and Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend Technologies (obtained in June 2015).
