Cesar Salazar

Cesar Salazar has extensive experience in the software development industry. Cesar co-founded Devsu in 2010 and currently serves as its CTO. In this role, Cesar provides leadership to the team and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Prior to Devsu, they worked as a Technical Leader at Oshyn Inc, where they contributed to projects for renowned clients such as Disney and Miramax. Cesar also worked as a Senior Developer and Architect at Tata Consultancy Services, where they played a key role in a major refactor of a banking core and led service migrations. Cesar started their career as a Software Engineer at Autotrack, where they quickly became responsible for the company's most important product and developed innovative technology solutions for the automotive market. Additionally, Cesar has experience as a teacher at the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador.

Cesar Salazar pursued their education by obtaining two degrees in the field of computer science. From the years 2003 to 2005, they attended Escuela Politécnica Nacional and earned a degree in Ing. en sistemas informáticos y computación, specializing in computer systems and computation. Additionally, from 2000 to 2005, they enrolled at Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE and obtained a degree in Computer Science, focusing on engineering informatics. Furthermore, in December 2014, Cesar obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
