Cintya Aguirre

Cintya Aguirre has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cintya currently holds the position of Software Architect at Devsu since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Developer Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks from September 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they had a role as Software Architect at Devsu from February 2019 to September 2020.

Cintya also gained experience in project management as a Project Manager for the Credit Cards Department at Cooperativa Juventud Ecuatoriana Progresista Ltda from April 2018 to February 2019. Cintya had a significant tenure at Banco del Austro, where they served as Chief IT Architect from December 2016 to March 2018 and as an IT Architect from November 2014 to December 2016.

Cintya started their career as a Software Engineer at Banco del Austro in February 2011 and continued until August 2013. Cintya also worked as a Computer Science Engineer at Electrogeneradora del Austro S.A from June 2009 to December 2010. Additionally, they had a brief internship experience as an Msc Student Intern at Masaryk University in June 2014 to August 2014.

Cintya Aguirre has a diverse education history. Cintya obtained a Software Engineering Msc. degree in Computing from the University of Portsmouth from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Ingeniera de Software with a concentration in Ciencias de la computación from Universidad de Cuenca, spanning from 2003 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Cintya Aguirre has acquired several certifications. Cintya holds the CertiProf Lead Cybersecurity Professional Certificate - LCSPC™ from CertiProf, obtained in January 2021. These Coursera certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2022. Cintya Aguirre also holds various CertiProf certifications, including CertiProf Certified ISO/IEC 27001 Foundations (I27001F), DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate, SCRUM DEVELOPER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SDPC), SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SFPC), SCRUM MASTER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SMPC), and SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SPOPC), all obtained in 2019.

Furthermore, Cintya Aguirre is currently pursuing the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google, anticipated to be obtained in December 2022, and the DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF) Certification from the DevOps Institute, also expected to be acquired in December 2022.
