Elizabeth started their career in 2003 as a Work & Travel summer job as a Housekeeping supervisor at Antlers Adams Mark Hotel, where they supervised the housekeeping department and implemented efficient methods to increase productivity. From 2008 to 2015, Elizabeth worked at Schlumberger in various roles. As a Field Engineer, Sales & Design Engineer, they managed coiled tubing operations, provided technical support, and introduced new technologies. Elizabeth also served as a Field Engineer, responsible for designing and executing coiled tubing jobs in shallow water. As a Field Service Manager, they managed and developed the Well Intervention segment with Coiled Tubing and Slickline businesses.
In 2017, Elizabeth joined WebCreek as a Project Lead/Product Owner. In this role, they oversaw project planning, monitored progress, and initiated corrective action when necessary, using both conventional and agile methodologies.
In 2018, they joined Schlumberger again as a CT Consultant, providing consultation on well intervention and coiled tubing operations.
