Santiago Burbano

Santiago Burbano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Santiago is currently working at Devsu as a Talent Manager/IT Recruiter, where they are responsible for attracting and inviting candidates for open positions and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Prior to this, Santiago worked at Andean Discovery as a Travel Specialist and at Oleana as a Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw various HR functions such as recruitment, selection, benefits, payroll, and training. Santiago also organized internal events and administered programs related to psychosocial risk. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Analyst at Enseña Ecuador, where they managed recruitment strategies, selection processes, and marketing campaigns. Santiago also gained experience as a Trainee Category Manager at ICESA S.A, a Patient Care Specialist at Vanguard Skin Specialists, an Event Supervisor and Spanish Tutor at Colorado College, a Desk Attendant at Summer Conferences, and an English Teacher at Washington English Institute.
