Thiago Pereira

Thiago Pereira has a range of experience in the technology field, starting with their current position as a Site Reliability Engineer at Devsu since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Claro Brasil from 2019 to 2022 as a Cloud/DevOps Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for automating tasks, provisioning AWS infrastructure, creating pipelines, configuring testing tools, and documenting deliveries. Before that, they spent three years at Sompo Seguros as a Senior IT Analyst - Middleware, where they focused on agile infrastructure and development. Thiago also worked at IBM in 2016 as an IT Analyst - Middleware, providing support and troubleshooting for the Santander customer. Their responsibilities included configuring environments, deploying applications, and monitoring using Introscope. Prior to IBM, they were an IT Analyst - Middleware at TIVIT from 2013 to 2015, where they provided support, participated in incident and problem management, and handled installations and configurations for various application servers.

Thiago Pereira earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Sant'Anna, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Thiago is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, having completed the program at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021. Thiago also holds a certification in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation from the DevOps Institute, which they obtained in December 2022. Furthermore, Thiago is a Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, completing the certification program with Microsoft in June 2021.
