Mansoor Akbar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in international development, focusing on public financial management, civil society strengthening, private sector engagement, and local economic development across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager at DevTech Systems, Inc., leading business development initiatives and managing partnerships with U.S. government clients and multilateral organizations. Mansoor has held various managerial roles in notable organizations, including the International Labour Organization and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. Mansoor is also a Duke University alum and a Fulbright Graduate Scholar.
