Tara Markovic

Tara Markovic has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Tara is currently working at Devtech as the Head of Talent Acquisition, a role they started in November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Devtech from December 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining Devtech, Tara worked at Jaka Lounge where they held various positions. Tara started as an HR Assistant in October 2015 and later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant from June 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the full cycle recruitment, process improvements, and mentoring new hires. Tara then served as the Recruitment and Development Manager at Jaka Lounge from July 2018 to November 2021.
