Camilla Wiberg

Camilla Wiberg has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Camilla currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Devyser since September 2022. Before this, Camilla worked as a self-employed consultant, specializing in HR, leadership, and team development for startup and scale-up companies. Their projects included change management, process development, and training for clients such as Devyser AB, Martin & Servera Restauranghandel AB, Coop Sverige AB, and SC Motors.

Prior to their self-employment, Camilla served as the HR Manager at Orkla Care AB, responsible for handling all HR matters related to the acquisition of Cederroth by Orkla. Their role focused on integrating the two organizations in terms of change management, values, culture, and negotiating new terms and conditions for the merged organization.

Camilla gained experience as an HR business partner at Cederroth AB, where they provided HR support to the Nordic region, as well as Poland and Spain. Their main objective was to transform HR from transactional to business-oriented practices.

Before their time at Cederroth AB, Camilla worked at Avanade Sweden AB, initially as a Senior Consultant in HR and eventually as the HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategic HR initiatives, day-to-day operations, performance management, recruitment, employer branding, compensation and benefits, budgeting, and internal communication.

Camilla's early career involved working as a Recruiter at Poolia and Access Personnel, gaining experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Camilla Wiberg earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Linköping University, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
