Gino Thibaut has extensive experience in various roles within the sales and business development field. Gino was an International Distributor EMEA and Benelux Sales Director at Devyser starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were an Investor at ADx NeuroSciences, starting in 2011, where they played a key role in biomarker development for Alzheimer's disease research. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Agilent Technologies, focusing on managing distribution networks and sales performance in the genomics and NGS product area. Gino also served as an Area Sales & Marketing Manager at Multiplicom nv from 2014 to 2017, playing an integral role in selling molecular diagnostic kits for personalized medicine. Before that, they held various sales management positions at Gilson, Innogenetics, and Floreac nv, where they gained experience in international sales, distribution management, and business contract negotiations.

Gino Thibaut completed a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General at ESHAL (Economic High School Sint-Aloysius). Gino then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree at the University of Ghent from 1982 to 1986. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in 2020.
