Theis Kipling

Theis Kipling has a strong background in various leadership roles within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Theis currently serves as a Board Member for Devyser affiliates, a position they began in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Devyser starting in 2022. In this role, they oversaw the commercial organization, including sales, product management, marketing, and tech support. Theis also had responsibilities in business development. Before joining Devyser, Kipling held the position of Chief Commercial Officer for Atlas Antibodies from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they led the commercial operations organization and was part of the executive management team. Theis was responsible for global expansion, channel management, and acquisitions. Additionally, Kipling has experience in various leadership roles at Agilent Technologies, Lundbeck, Royal Unibrew, and ConvaTec. Theis Kipling attended Copenhagen Business School from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Philosophy. Theis continued their education at the same institution from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management Accounting (Finance).
