Daniel Southwick

Daniel Southwick is the current President of Dewberry Design-Builders Inc. at Dewberry. Daniel has over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, starting their career at O'Brien & Gere in 1986 as a Sr. Managing Engineer. Daniel then went on to be the VP of Engineering at O2Wireless from 2000 to 2002 and Alcoa Wireless from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they became the owner of PS Engineering, PLLC until 2006 when they were recruited by Velocitel as their Chief Operating Officer. Daniel was responsible for all Velocitel service divisions including Architecture & Engineering, Site Acquisition, Construction, Construction Management and Regulatory Compliance (“SiteSafe” division), reporting to the CEO. Under their leadership, Velocitel tripled their revenue from 2011 to 2014. In November 2014, they left Velocitel to take on their current position as President of Dewberry Design-Builders Inc.

Daniel Southwick has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
