Evan Stone

Evan Stone currently serves as an Associate and Senior Client Relations Manager at Dewberry since January 2024. In addition, Evan is the Principal and Broker at Magnolia Advisors, LLC, focusing on economic development, site selection, land acquisition, and real estate advisory since March 2019. Previously, Evan held the position of Vice President of Industrial Development at The Carroll Companies from May 2020 to November 2023, overseeing a substantial investment portfolio valued at nearly $3.5 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Economic Development at the Cary Chamber of Commerce, where Evan implemented a successful industry program, and as Business Recruitment Manager at the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, contributing to significant job creation and investments. Evan's career began at the Mississippi Development Authority as Project Manager for Global Business Recruitment.
